Descriptions: Box shell uses the corrugated steel plate (anti-wave) or flat type steel plate with high intensities. The interior part adopts a skeletonless structure, maximizing the carrying capacity. X-shape tension brace fixed the box shell a very strong unit.
The side guard adopts close-ended design to reduce the crosswise risks effectively, and energy consumption, running with high speed. And reasonable trailer accessories were placed at the rear guard box for convenience.
1. Strong bearing capacity
Box type semi-trailers have strong load-bearing capacity, high safety factor, reasonable design, durability, and advanced manufacturing technology. The frame adopts a through beam structure, with straight or gooseneck longitudinal beams and web heights ranging from 400 to 550. The longitudinal beams are automatically submerged welded, and the frame is shot blasted. The crossbeam is penetrated into the longitudinal beams and welded as a whole. These measures make the box type semi-trailer have stronger bearing capacity.
2. Reasonable design
The body of the box type semi-trailer adopts a frameless structure, made of high-strength cold-rolled corrugated steel plates, and the internal structure adopts X-shaped braces, which have the characteristics of multi pull, heavy load, and light self weight. It has a large loading space and uses high-strength X-shaped braces, which have better load-bearing effects. Reasonable distribution within the cabin can meet the diverse and personalized requirements of users.
3. Suspension support
